About Me
I am a mortgage broker with Mortgage Architects working in Vancouver, BC, and am passionate about helping clients understand the many workings of mortgage financing. While securing the best rate is important, many other components can have a huge impact on what will likely be one of the biggest financial decisions you make. My goal is to provide you with unbiased information and sound advice while creating a meaningful client service experience.
At Mortgage Architects, I have access to a vast network of over 50 lending institutions, including major banks, credit unions, trusts and other national and regional lenders. My negotiating power, combined with this wealth of product choice ensures the best mortgage for your financial situation.
Raised in Langley, BC, I now reside in North Vancouver with my two soccer-loving sons, and husband, Paul. When not working, I pursue my passion for sailing, après-skiing, coffee, and spending time with family and friends.
Why Use A Broker?
What Clients are Saying
She helped us in determining what we could afford and whether a fixed or variable rate was most suitable for us. Allison secured a better rate than what our bank had offered us and thoroughly explained everything step by step. She is professional, friendly and confident in what she does. We couldn’t be happier, and we would recommend Allison to anyone looking for a mortgage.
Her attention to detail and diligence enabled us to meet time-sensitive deadlines in the purchase of our new home. No question was too great or small, and Allison sought excellent consultation to address these in a timely manner. We are very grateful for Allison’s services and will definitely be recommending her to our family, friends and colleagues.
